About the Round Install Kit

This install kit supplies the hardware needed to mount a plain round iron newel securely to the floor and to conceal the connection for a clean, finished base. It ties the newel to its base, provides the fasteners and the tool to lock it down, and includes a cover that hides the mount once everything is tightened.

How to use:

1. Position the round iron newel and fasten the mounting base to the floor with the included screws.
2. Set the newel onto the base and tighten it in place using the included Allen wrench.
3. Slide the base cover/shoe down over the mount to conceal the hardware for a clean, finished look.
